[Sollux x Heartbroken!Reader x Karkat] Pt. 2

"Karkat come on!" You shouted, and banged your fist on the door of your new best friend's home. Hive as the trolls called it.

Four months ago you had broken up with your former Matesprit Sollux. You two were always fighting, and you knew it was time for the two of you to be apart.

One relationship ended, but a new one started and that was with Karkat. Ever since that day Karkat and you had spent all the time you could together, and soon enough became best friends.

Or moirals if you want to put it troll romance ways that is, and you were very happy. You could almost say you had a crush- No wait flush crush on him.

(You were still getting used to this whole troll romance business, and understanding it all.)

You sighed as there was no reply, and once again banged your fist against the door.

"I'm coming!" You finally heard him yell back from behind the door.

Waiting there the door suddenly opened up, and Karkat appeared before your eyes packed with a ton of stuff.

"Woah Karkat..Don't you think that's a little much?" You asked looking up at the mountain of stuff that looked like it would fall on you any time soon.

Karkat huffed a bit looking back at you, "Then what do I need to bring? I've never been to a beach before."

You blinked a bit in surprise to that. Wait that was right, he was raised on Alternia. Yeah there was water, but never any real beaches. Plus he never really went near the water being a land-dweller.

"All you'll need to bring is maybe sunglasses, bathing suit and a towel. I have everything else that might be needed in the car." You replied.

"Alright then just give me a minute." Karkat grumbled a bit under his breath, and he closed the door then walking back inside to drop have the stuff he had be carrying.

You waited once again until the door opened up, and Karkat had what he was told with him.

"Ready to go?" You asked with a gentle smile.

Karkat just gave a nod closing the door behind him, and the two of you made your way to the car getting in.

"Are you sure it's alright for me to come with you?" Karkat questioned a bit looking over at you, watching as you buckled up.

You nodded and smiled again to him, "Of course! Why else would I ask you to come?"

In response the troll just a gave a shrug. You rolled your eyes small, and laughed a bit as you started up the car.

-Time Skip To Da Beach. Yay beach!-

Your feet were practically covered with sand as you stood on it, looking out over to the beautiful blue ocean.

"Isn't it beautiful Karkat?" You smiled brightly to him as he stood next to you.

Karkat nodded as he spoke, "Yeah it is."

'...Like you' He thought to himself glancing over to you.

You just have a small grin then as you grabbed your bag, and turned around to face the shower/restrooms up ahead.

"I'ma change really quick so stay here." You said as you started to make you way through the sand.

Karkat just have a nod once again as you walked away.

In the bathroom you were in one of the stalls changing into your swim suit, you were so busy getting everything else ready you hadn't had time to get changed yet. But now was a good time.

Slipping off your normal clothes you put them in your bag, and started to get your swim suit on. It was {Favorite color} with a little white bow on the right shoulder, and two little white bow on the sides of the bottom that tied up.

Walking out of the stall with all the rest of your things, you looked at yourself in the mirror seeing how it was on you. Perfect.

You were sure Karkat would love it, or so you hoped. What were you worrying about? It was just Karkat for sakes, there was no need in trying to impress him. But you couldn't help it.

Lately you had noticed your feelings toward Karkat, started to turn a bit into flushed feelings, and you weren't sure why.

You couldn't help now but want to be with him all the time, and to always want to be by his side.

...My gog! You really were flushed for him!

"No, No, No! It's not true!" You shook your head quickly, and a blush made it's way to your cheeks. As you got a few stares from others in the restroom.

You stopped as your head was starting to hurt from shaking it so much. It was nothing. You were just friends..That was all.

Putting your bag over your shoulder you left the restrooms, and started to make your way back over to Karkat. Ready for a day full of fun.
